Pick up for this adventure is available from most major hotels in the Montego Bay region, as well as from some Villas and AirBNBs. You will receive your pick-up time via email or telephone after you’ve completed your booking. Important Notice Please note if you are not staying in Montego Bay you will be required to pay an additional fee for transportation. We do not do complimentary pick up outside of Montego. You might get a confirmation email sooner depending on the volume of booking. Booking and Reservation Policy Via Zelle. All bookings or reservations should be paid 2 days in advance in order for your tours to be confirmed. Reservations made via Zelle will not be held without payment. If your reservation is not paid 2 days in advance, it will automatically be cancelled. We recommend that you make the necessary payment in order to proceed with your booking IMPORTANT INFORMATION A confirmation email with CONFIRM PICK-UP TIME time will be sent to you via EMAIL/SMS the day before your actual tour. Any cancellations made at least ninety-six (96) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee. Any cancellation made less than 96 hours but more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract fifty percent (50%) penalty. Any cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours or on the same day that the booking is made will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by TxlliTours JA within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund
